La nostra cucina è a km 0, offre prodotti stagionali del territorio, nella maggior parte provenienti da coltivazioni biologiche, che non devono percorrere lunghe distanze con mezzi inquinanti e subire lunghi tempi di trasporto prima di giungere in tavola. I piatti che proponiamo sono cucinati al momento e il pane che serviamo è fatto in casa.

Our kitchen is miles 0, it offers seasonal products from the field, mainly from biological crops, that don’t need to be on long routes with polluting vehicles before they reach our dining rooms. The dishes we offer are fresh and the bread is cooked every morning by our chef.
It is a family owned restaurant and during the summer time you can eat outside in the garden.
We often offer cultural meetings (about music, art, literature…) combined with traditional herbs, porcini  mushrooms, river’s lobsters, pumpkins, or something else depending on the
season.
While we host art exhibitions, at our dining hall, we periodically arrange for the guests to meet the artists and their artworks  proposing a special menù.
